About the prints
All motives are signed and numbered by the artist with a special made stamp, either on the front or on the back of the print.
Some motives are available in two or three sizes (30x40cm, 40x30cm, 40x50cm 50x40cm and 50x70 cm) and some motives are only available in one size.
The motives are printed in a limited edition of 30–200 pieces per motif and size, on a 240gsm Scandia 2000 white, uncoated paper as well on a 300gsm Scandia 2000 white uncoated paper for the smallest motifs.
When a motif is sold out it will not appear in stock in the same size again.
The postcards are not signed and numbered and will continuously be in stock.

Payments
Payment can be made with all Visa and MasterCard.
All transactions on Therese Sennerholt webshop are processed using DIBS, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Swedish customers can also pre-pay to our bankgiro, an extra charge of 30 SEK will be added to the total amount. Please contact us at info@theresesennerholt.se in advance if you would like to use this service.

Our Policy

Delivery - We ship world wide!
Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the webshop.
All shipping costs are inclusive of Swedish VAT (25%).
This fee covers administration, packaging and freight.
For all national and international deliveries there will be an extra cost of 50–150 SEK (not inclusive of any customs, import duty or taxes).
In the event that the stock list is out of date, you will be asked via e-mail to decide if you would like to wait, change, or cancel your order.
Inside Sweden
Merchandises in stock will normally be delivered within 5–10 business days from the order date.
Outside Sweden
International orders will normally be delivered within 5-14 business days.
Deliveries to Norway may extend further than two weeks due to the Norwegian customs.
All international parcels are sent with a tracking number which is sent to you in a confirmation email after shipping.

If you do not pick up your package
You will always get a reminder if your package is not collected by your local postoffice.
If you do not pick up your package in due time, it will be sent back to our warehouse.
To cover our costs for the non-collected goods, you will be charged for the delivery costs.

Force majeure
If Therese Sennerholt Design fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other matters, then Therese Sennerholt Design can not be held responsible.

Exchange & Returns
Exchanges  (change product) and returns (money back) can be done within 7 days after reception of the goods.
The returned items must be in an unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging.
The sealing and/ or the protective plastic may NOT be broken!

How to Return?
In case of returns and exchanges please contact us minimum 7 days before returning any items at info@theresesennerholt.se.
The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your account you assigned in the e-mail sent to our customer service.

Handle with care
Please treat the print nicely with clean hands or white cotton gloves to protect it from grease or dirt.
When lifting an unframed piece of art, hold the sides with you thumbs and index fingers.
Keep it straight and put it on a flat and clean surface.

Frame your art
The prints fits standard frames but for a more beautiful option visit a professional frame shop where you can choose from a wide range of frames.
If you want to go simple just hang it in a paper clip.
